Mission Statement
Home Care Associates, Inc. (HCA) is a nonprofit corporation organized under the business laws of the State of Georgia established October 1987.
The primary purpose of the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is to improve the diets of children & adults participating on the CACFP under the sponsorship of HCA. HCA will strive to reach out to the public with helping hands to train in the area of nutritional meals served in Day Care Centers, Adult Centers & At Risk Programs that are Licensed through the State of Georgia.
HCA serves many children & adults throughout the State of Georgia with an opportunity of better health and well being of those that are under the sponsorship of HCA. We will provide technical assistance to ensure children & adults enrolled in Day Care Centers, Adult centers & At Risk programs under HCA's sponsoring organization are provided nutritious meals daily.
All meals must follow meal pattern set by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
HCA's receives funds through Bright From The Start (BFTS) State of Georgia-USDA -Reimbursement. Reimbursement is for feeding children & adults that are enrolled in day care facilities.
